Meet the designer behind the desserts

Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I’ve been on dessert duty for family functions my entire adult life. I love testing and creating new recipes, experimenting with different flavor combinations, and basically just make something so delicious you need seconds.

Cake decorating was actually something I came across when making my oldest sons second birthday cake. He was so into Thomas the train that I decided to try icing a 3D train cake to look like Thomas.

I found my niche that day.

I discovered an artistic talent I hadn’t known I possessed, and a passion that would drive me to create something for myself that I could be proud of. I spent the next few months learning, practicing,  trying new things and finding every reason possible to make a cake.  To this day I am expanding my knowledge, honing my skills and embarking on new challenges every chance I get. Baking and cake artistry has become such a huge part of who I am; and the pure joy and pride I feel when I can help make someone’s special moment that much sweeter, is just wonderful.
